Questions, answered.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is for one person, with no time limit and no credit card. It includes the whole planner: auto-scheduling, chunking, automatic re-planning, priority escalation, projects, subtasks and recurring tasks.
Do I need Google Calendar?
No. DayPilot plans around the working hours you set. Connecting Google Calendar, part of Pro, adds your meetings so the plan steers around them and writes your planned blocks back to your calendar.
What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Pro is for one person and adds Google Calendar sync, the email-to-task inbox, templates, unlimited schedules and 5 GB of attachments. Team gives everything in Pro to every member of a shared workspace, and adds shared groups, assignment and admin roles.
Are prices per person?
No. Every plan is one flat price for the whole workspace. Team covers up to 5 people and Team Plus up to 10.
Who counts toward the people limit?
Everyone in the workspace, plus anyone you've invited who hasn't joined yet.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Compared with paying monthly for a year: Pro $59.99 a year (17% less), Team $199.99 a year (17% less), Team Plus $349.99 a year (17% less).
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Settings › Plan & Billing. Subscriptions bought on the website are changed or cancelled under Manage billing on that page; subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed in your Apple ID settings. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Templates, extra schedules, groups and attachments stay where they are and keep working; you just can't add more until you upgrade again. Nobody is removed from a workspace, but no one new can join until it fits the plan.
Do you offer refunds?
For website purchases, yes: email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple under its own policy.
Is tax included?
Prices are shown before tax. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are.
How does the Organization plan work?
Email [email protected] with the size of your team. We'll set up a plan sized to you, with everything in Team Plus, paid by card or by invoice.
